REFUND & RETURN
All orders on are final! All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on the listings, so make sure to read them before making your purchase!
However I can only accept refunds and returns depending on your situation:
- Your order cannot be refunded once it’s been shipped out!
- Items marked final sale or seconds sale on the product page are not eligible for refunds nor returns.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the item(s) and a screenshot of your email order receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may verify the damage. Please contact us before a week your order arrived.
- If you received an incorrect item, please provide a photo of the item(s) incorrectly received. We recommend referring to your confirmation email to confirm that the item received does not match what was ordered.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different method than was originally used at checkout.
- For lost or returned orders, The product/s prices will only be refunded. Please keep in mind that the refund will have the shipping fees and Paypal fees deducted from your refund.
- If for some reason, the original method of payment is no longer available or valid, we can offer to refund the amount in the form of a gift card for Cafhune.com.
Refunds for returns will be issued once the returning product(s) have been received in our returns mailbox and processed. You should receive an automated email notification when your return has been successfully processed.

REFUND Q & A
All sales are final and refunds are not accepted once your order is shipped out. Please keep in mind that my store is an independent online store. I only accept refunds & returns if:
– Products arrived damaged. Please contact me a week prior with a photo of the items and a screenshot of your email order receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
– Incorrect item/s received, please provide photos of the incorrectly received items and a screenshot of your email order receipt to email@example.com. Kindly refer to your receipt to confirm that the item/s received does not match what was ordered.
– Orders returned back to me and customers do not wish to have the products anymore.
All refunds that has already been shipped out will only receive refund of their purchased products. Shipping fees & Paypal fees are deducted from the refund.
